Our entire machinery park is ready to test your moulds. We believe that this is a strategic service for our customers because, with Zanola support, it is possible to ask an immediate intervention, in case of damaged moulds or problems during the moulding phase with the help of our best express welding and polishing operators. In the moulding department, our customers can enjoy our Alea guest room, an office beside the press, provided with free Wi-Fi, Mini-bar and working bench.

Since 2014, we have organized the moulding department in order to follow the small and large production and pre-series. We are working on 3 shifts and there is a shift supervisor for each one, and two technical managers that supervise the production. In our team there are also employees dedicated to the quality control.

The network with ZWT allows us to carry out immediate interventions of maintenance on the injection moulds, with the best quality.
